Regional Sales Manager – Scotland area

GM CNC Limited are the sole UK and Republic of Ireland agents for the well established brand Victor who are the largest machine tool manufacturer in Taiwan.

We currently have vacancies for 3 high-performing Regional Sales Managers based in the North, the Midlands and the South. Each post will be responsible for increasing our sales potential whilst providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

You will be part of an expanding team and benefits will include a salary commensurate with experience and offer a company vehicle/allowance, commissions, mobile phone, laptop, annual leave and private pension.

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Achieve growth by increasing the sales of the Victor range of Machine Tools

• Working alongside our marketing team to design and implement a business plan that expands customer base to ensure strong presence within the machine tools market

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Providing technical advice on the product range

• Travelling from home to site if required by customer

• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition

Essential Requirements:

• Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.

• Relevant qualifications

• Proven ability to drive the sales process

• Full, clean UK driving license.

• A background in Engineering
